How long are your neckties and how will I know if it will fit?
The length of our neckties is about 58 inches which is about the standard necktie length available at most shops. While the standard size fits most people it may not be the right size for you. Best way to determine the correct size for yourself is to measure a necktie that fits you well. Your tie should hang one inch below the waist line. If it measures around 58 inches, then our necktie will fit you.
What service do you use to ship?
All orders are shipped by USPS priority 2-3 day service at a flat rate of $5.00 for orders containing 5 items or less and $8.00 for orders that contain 6 or more items. Special promotional shipping rates may apply. Completed orders typically ship within 24-hours on business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. We will contact you by e-mail if an item(s) in your order are out of stock. Out of stock items typically ship within 2-3 weeks.
Do you except orders outside the USA?
Currently we can only ship orders to customers with a USA addresses, all other orders will be Cancelled.
Is it possible to exchange an item once I have received it?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may exchange any item that has not been WORN, WASHED, or DAMAGED for up to 21-days after paid completion of an order. Cancellations of a paid order is allowed up to 24-hours after purchase as long as item has not shipped. A Exchange Authorization Number is required for all exchanges. All transactions are secured by PayPal, the most trusted and secure way to shop on the internet. All major credit cards are accepted, and there's no need to sign up for a PayPal account to make a purchase.
